Shipping policy

At BASTARDS US, we are committed to getting your order to you as efficiently as possible. All orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During high-demand drop periods, processing times may be extended slightly, and we appreciate your patience during these windows.

Once your order has been processed and handed off to our shipping carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Domestic orders within the United States typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. International orders may take longer depending on destination country and customs processing times.

BASTARDS US is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, weather events, or any circumstances outside of our control. We are also not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or filing a claim directly with the carrier.
